Burnett Honors College undergraduate student Abbie Brown laser scans Millican Hall. This structure serves as UCF’s administrative building and is named for our university’s founding president Charles Millican (1965-1978). Opening in 1970, Millican is one of the older buildings on campus and retains the feel of Space-Age architecture from the era and the university’s connections to nearby Cape Canaveral when UCF first opened as Florida Technological University
