Central Florida Public Media and Spectrum News 13 are reporting that the former Chamber of Commerce building near I-4 is one step closer to the next phase of the structure’s life – its transformation to the Holocaust Museum for Hope & Humanity.

ChronoPoints laser-scanned the Chamber of Commerce building several years ago after learning of the original redevelopment plans. What makes the current project particularly compelling is its transformative adaptive reuse, allowing the former Orlando Chamber of Commerce building to enter a new chapter in its life history rather than face the demolition once envisioned. By preserving and reimagining the structure as the future Holocaust Museum for Hope & Humanity, the project not only safeguards an important piece of Orlando’s architectural heritage but also provides a new educational purpose.
