Casa Feliz is an exceptional residential example of noted Central Florida architect James Gamble Rogers II in Winter Park. The home was designed & completed in 1933 by Rogers for a northern industrialist specializing in chemical dyes, Robert Bruce Barbour. Rogers was provided full control to design a home in the style of a Spanish revival farmhouse. The Barbour family would sell the home in 1951. Originally constructed on North Interlachen Avenue, the home faced demolition and was moved to its current location near the Winter Park Golf Course in 2000. Casa Feliz was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
