ChronoPoints is working with Dr. Necati Catbas, a UCF Civil Engineering professor, on a research project addressing structural monitoring techniques. The new Research 1 building on campus was selected for testing. The project received UCF internal interdisciplinary funding.
We will be applying for external funding sources to continue the MAPS – Mobile Assessment for Civil Infrastructure Preservation using Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) research.
