About This Project

During the 2021 spring semester, ChronoPoints undergraduate researcher Courtney Verna-Brown strengthened her laser scanning skills by working with us on scanning the ground-level exterior of the UCF Biological Sciences building. ChronoPoints members then proceeded to capture the roof of the building and portions of the basement. The above Potree provides a representation of the complete point cloud and the intricate system of ventilation on the roof. The Leica RTC360 scanner was used for all areas.
