These are renderings of the complete registered scan (stitching of the 11 scans captured) of a pedestrian bridge on the main University of Central Florida campus, conducted for a graduate Civil Engineering student project. The students plan to use the scans to create a precise model of the bridge and compare it to engineering plans. The ChronoPoints team used our Leica ScanStation P40 laser scanner and Leica software to create the point cloud. The scans were done without captured photography so there are no realistic colors, but the color intensity renders demonstrate the difference in materials of the scene.
