While January 2020 marked the fifth anniversary for the demolition of the Cocoa Beach Glass Bank, it is a structure that maintains a deep presence within the community.   For her senior capstone project addressing adaptive reuse of a building, Savannah College of Art and Design student Erin Keane elected to focus on this Space-Age structure in her hometown.  Erin envisioned the reuse of the Glass Bank as a boutique hotel and asked ChronoPoints for information on the building.  We are excited to launch a page on her outstanding project and note that Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a minor in Sustainable Design in May 2020.
