Young Circle Looking North – 1970

Our new page focuses on the recently demolished Hollywood Bread Building and Young Circle in Hollywood, Florida in the 1960s.

Like the Glass Bank in Cocoa Beach, the Hollywood Bread Building became a navigational signpost in Hollywood. As with the Glass Bank, its construction marked a new phase in the community’s development. Unfortunately, with time it would suffer a similar period of abandonment and neglect that led to its demolition. Take a moment to read about the Hollywood Bread Building and Young Circle in the 1960s.
